Returns & Exchange Policy

Enjoy any exchanges in your orders up to 7 days after your order is delivered for items at the regular price.

We offer free exchanges for full-price purchase and are glad to help you find the perfect piece. In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must comply with general conditions.

General Conditions:

In order to make a change effective, it must be within 7 calendar days of the product being delivered. It is essential to have the product as it was delivered, that is, with labels, packaging, good condition and without signs of use. The original documentation (ticket / invoice) is necessary to request a change.

In the case of promotional or discounted products (coupons included), no changes can be made.

Are exchanges free?

If you are in Lima, exchanges have no additional cost. We will collect the product and deliver the requested one. Scheduling changes can take between 5-7 days after the change request is confirmed. Remember that changes can be made once. In the event that there is a greater price difference, it must be canceled by the client in advance. 

If you are in Peru outside Lima, you must send the product to our offices at the following address: Calle Icaro 128-130, Urb. La Campiña - Chorrillos. Lima, Peru 15054. Once received; we will proceed to make the change for the selected product.

International Customers

Please submit your exchange request via email to info@inbloom.com.pe including your order number, name, and the product you would like. You will be reached out by our team to start the process. 

Custom duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable. 

If the exchange requested has a balance in favor your favor, we will be provide you with store credit  valid for up to three (3) months after the change is made.

Final Sale 

All sale items are final sale. We are unable to process returns, exchanges or store credit for any sale or special promotion items. 

Damages

If you recognize a damages or defective item in your order, please email info@inbloom.com.pe with your order number and a short description of the problem. If possible, please include a picture of the damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible to better assist you.
