In Bloom is designed and made in Peru, country with centuries of tradition in textiles and worldwide producer of high quality fibers. This enables us to work very closely with the best suppliers to sustainably source the finest materials. We work with the world-recognized Peruvian Pima Cotton and Modal, among other high quality fibers in order to preserve the life cycle of each piece.
Each collection is carefully crafted: we select the fibers and develop the fabrics, and every detail of our designs is thought to ensure their durability even after years of use. We work with Pima Cotton, native of Peru and worldwide recognized for its purity and freshness, and with Modal, among other fibers of the highest quality.
Learn more about the fibers we use and why we love them in our Material Guide.
Originally from Peru, Pima Cotton is a natural fiber recognized for its high quality, length, and purity. This allows us to create durable and super soft fabrics that will last wash after wash and will maintain their hand-feel. Either in its purest version or blended with other fibers, Pima Cotton feels delicate against the skin, it is easy to care and hypoallergenic with sensitive skins.
Hand-harvested in an careful manner to maintain its quality, Tangüis Cotton is characterized by its freshness and easy absorption. Each of our pieces is designed based on the characteristics of the fibers we use; with Tangüis Cotton we provide a light and crisp feel specially for warmer weather and an unbeatable touch. Like Pima Cotton, Tangüis is also native from Peru.
Modal is a semi-natural cellulose-based fiber made from wood pulp. It is characterized by its high resistance, shine, and softness against the skin. We work mainly with Modal Lenzing™ to ensure the conscious use of water and energy during the process and, in addition, that the fiber comes from forests with FSC certification.
